1. Delivery Schedules
-Canceling an Order: Many orders ship within 24 hours. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled on the website. Please contact customer service at (937)716-9279 and we will do our best to change or cancel orders that have not already shipped. BUT You will be responsible for shipping charges on a canceled order once it has been shipped.
-NO DELIVERY DATES ARE GUARANTEED. Any delivery schedules which may be specified by customer or agreed to by Seller shall be considered to be estimates only, and Seller shall not incur any liability to customer, either directly or indirectly, and customer shall not cancel any purchase order based upon Seller’s failure to deliver products by the dates set forth in any such schedule.
-Your order will be shipped UPS Standard Ground Service unless you select an alternative. Most orders will ship out within (3) business days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within (7) business days. The total time to receive your order will vary depending where it is being delivered. There is NO SATURDAY DELIVERY for 2-Day or Overnight shipping. 2-Day and Overnight shipping is not available for PO Box addresses. We do not yet offer guaranteed overnight shipping.
2. Acceptance of Delivery
-Customer must inspecect all products promptly upon receipt. Customer must notify seller within (5) business days of receipt about any defects in the product or damage from shipment. As above, call (937)716-9279 to notify us of the problem.
-In the event of a defective product, and provided that Seller receives proper notice as described above, Seller will either replace such product at Seller’s expense or refund to customer the full amount including freight. Seller shall have no replacement or refund obligations under this section in the event a customer fails to give prior notice as described above. In addition, in no event shall Seller be liable for damage caused by shipment of the products, or in unpacking or assembly of the products by customer.
3. Freight Damages:
While we are confident that our packaging standards are adequate to protect our products under normal handling while in- transit, we realize that inevitably, freight damage can and will occur. We firmly believe that transportation companies need to be responsible for mishandling freight and will work with our customers to ensure that their freight claims with their carriers are resolved to their satisfaction. When reasonably deemed by our customers that damage is due to inadequate packaging or pallet configuration of the product, we limit our liability on damages to 5% of total invoice.
We hold product quality and customer/consumer satisfaction in the highest of regard, therefore our policy on these issues is as follows:
1. MANUFACTURE DEFECTS:
-In the event that a product is defective upon consumer receipt, we require that our customer contact us within (5) days of receipt with a request for return to receive instructions for the return. Please call (937)716-9279 to return the defective product to us at our expense. We will expedite a replacement product directly to the consumer from our warehouse.
-In the event that the product fails under NORMAL usages conditions within 1 year of the customer purchase date, we will honor this replacement in full policy. We will require proof of purchase date from the customer.
2. UNDAMAGED OR UNUSED
In the event a customer needs to exchange or return undamaged and unused products, the customer shall contact Seller within five (5) days to request instructions for return. The customer shall return such undamaged and unused products to the manufacturer freight prepaid no later than fourteen (14) days after the issuance of instructions, after which the Seller may in its sole discretion refuse to accept returned products.
-Products returned for refund and not exchange, are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Product must be returned in NEW condition, in the original packaging, including any documentation and accessories. Product not returned in this manner, or products that have been damaged by pets or pet owners are not eligible for refund. Upon receipt of return, the returned product will be inspected. If product is received in new salable condition, a credit will be issued to customer in full. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt for credit to be issued.
-Freight shortages will be credited in full upon customer service approval.
3. ORDER CANCELLED AFTER SHIPPED
You will be responsible for shipping charges on a cancelled order once it has been shipped.
